Lofitorsk AS holds a unique concept, regarding our solid background and activities in the field of breeding fish, controlling the entire production chain, from brood stock, and fry, on to juvenile and grower cod. Today, the access to marine fish of quality standard is a bottleneck. This precedence puts Lofitorsk AS at the forefront. The shareholders of the Consolidation provides us with solid connections towards export, as well as benefitting from close relations towards highly skilled environments within R&D. The cold, clear water and the lifegiving midnightsun in the arctic north, is the source of our nutritious and slow growing fish. This provides a unique flavour and tecsture. We treasure this in our production.
